This course will inform court reporters of what’s required for our profession regarding sexual harassment training on a yearly/bi-yearly basis.

Specific Topics:

• Compliance is key

• What is sexual harassment?

•  Sexual Harassment in the workplace

•  Was I sexually harassed, or am I being gaslit?

•  But it was my boss! How do I go about reporting him?

LEARNING OUTCOMES:  

At the conclusion of this session, court reporters will know how to stay informed on the yearly/bi-yearly required state-mandated courses for their state.
