This PowerPoint and video presentation will equip court reporters with information on 
what to do in the event of dangerous situations in the courthouse, outside the 
courthouse, and in depositions.

SPECIFIC TOPICS:   
• Body language - What to look for.  
• Recent situations in both depositions and courtrooms across the country.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:  Court Reporters will be able to identify facial expressions, 
body language, and shifts in breathing patterns of possible attackers and, learn what to 
do in scary situations.
