COURT REPORTING STRATEGY

 This hour-long presentation will focus on building community within our industry and the importance of participating.

Specific Topics:

• How our profession is currently very fragmented 

• The downside of not participating

• Working towards building community among current professionals and students

• Knowing your worth within reason and how to set your rates

• Working with firms

• Co-existing with all forms of “reporting”

• The importance of being informed

Learning Outcomes:

 Reporters will learn how to properly network and communicate with other reporters/firms appropriately. They will also learn how to participate in the profession to help the industry in this time of shortage.
